Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God
Shame: Psalm 51:3 For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me.
Sin: Psalm 51:4 Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight; so you are right in your verdict and justified when you judge.

Confession: “It’s Not Acceptable but it IS Forgivable”

Psalm 66:18 If I had not confessed the sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
