Living up to your potential is more than living up to your abilities, it is continuing to grow them. This week’s message shares how the scriptures teach us to find our potential, focus it in the right direction and fulfill it by refusing to quit.

Ephesians 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His Power that is at work in us.

2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us.

Find

2 Peter 1:10 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble, (you will live up to your potential)

Mathew 7:14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Romans 12:6-8 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

Fulfill

Luke 9:62 Jesus replied, “No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.”
